Anchors - Rigging

Anchors are the link between the safety system and the structure or the terrain.

If you are attaching an anchor to rocks or concrete or the anchor is to be heavily used then you should use a permanent anchor such as a "glue in" or bolt hanger.

If you are attaching an anchor to a tree or metal structure then you should use a flexible anchor (strap).
